Where we ship

We ship from Italy to Italy, all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Canada and most other countries worldwide. Select your delivery country on the website to see prices in your currency and the shipping options available. Customers in the United States are served by our US store at cristianzerotre.com.

Shipping options and costs

• Standard shipping: free on every order, to every destination.
• Express shipping: €10 per order (or the equivalent in your local currency). Express orders are prepared with priority.

All shipments include a tracking number.

Duties and taxes

European Union: prices include VAT. No customs formalities apply.

Outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada): prices shown at checkout already include import duties and local taxes. Shipments travel Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with DHL Express: you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are processed from the next working day after they are placed. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• Italy and European Union: 2–5 working days
• United Kingdom and Switzerland: 1–3 working days
• Canada and rest of the world: 3–6 working days

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not working days. Customs clearance and remote areas may add some time. Any specific delivery terms agreed for your order remain applicable.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct: the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or a refund.
