Request a return

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Sign in to your customer account, open the order and submit a return request. Follow the instructions provided for returning the items.

Return costs

For returns arranged through our return service, the following amounts apply according to the delivery country:

• Italy: €5 for a refund, or €0 if you choose a gift card.
• Other European Union countries: €15 for a refund, or €5 if you choose a gift card.
• Rest of the world: €25 for a refund, or €15 if you choose a gift card.

The applicable return cost is deducted from the refund or gift card amount. A gift card is issued only if you choose that option. These charges do not apply to returns required to remedy faulty or non-conforming goods.

Refunds and size changes

You may choose a refund to the original payment method or a gift card. We do not offer direct size exchanges. To purchase another size, place a new order. This does not limit your statutory remedies for non-conforming goods.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Our 15-day return period extends this deadline. The period runs from the day after you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods; for a single order delivered separately, it runs from receipt of the last item.

You can exercise this right through your customer account or by sending an unequivocal statement to online@cristianzerotre.com or to CRISTIANZEROTRE S.R.L., Zona industriale Aversa Nord 155, 81032 Carinaro (CE), Italy. The account procedure does not restrict your legal right of withdrawal. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

You may inspect and try on the goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please pack the goods carefully, with their packaging and accessories where available.

We reimburse payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, including the cost of standard outward delivery when you withdraw from the entire order. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or does not match your order, contact online@cristianzerotre.com. Your statutory guarantee rights and remedies remain unaffected by the return period or the absence of size exchanges.

Optional withdrawal notice

Please include the goods concerned, order number, order and receipt dates, your name and address, and the date of the notice. Add your signature only if sending the notice on paper.
